Draft composer

To install the Zendesk draft composer, head over to the Integrations tab in your Markprompt project, select Zendesk, and follow the installation instructions.

Switchboard bot

To enable the Markprompt assistant on a Zendesk bot via Sunshine Conversations, head over to the Integrations tab in your Markprompt project, select Zendesk, and follow the installation instructions.
